Our website is designed for user friendly shopping and efficient delivery. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. Domestic shipping is primarily via UPS. Order delivery to California and Washington is as quick as 3 days, and upgraded Second Day and Overnight shipping options are available for purchase! We add new products and sizes to our site regularly and we are happy to provide custom quotes for bulk purchases or large projects.

The Ordering Process

Step 1 Start at the home page of our site. Use the left hand navigation menu to shop our various product groups. You may also shop by direct search at the top right of the page or by shopping the front tiles showcasing popular items. Don’t forget to check out our clearance page for current discounted items.	Step 2 Once you have reached the product page, select the quantity of the fastener or tool you want to purchase, then click the add to cart button. Repeat! Make sure to add matching setting tools, etc before reviewing your order in your shopping cart and moving to checkout. Enter your contact information, shipping address, select shipping method, enter payment information and complete your order.
Step 3 We hand package and ship your order, usually within 24-48 hours. You receive a tracking notification email as soon as your item is shipped so you can watch your package on its journey to you.	Step 4 Receive your order and get your project completed! Leave feedback on our site or social media! We love to see pictures of your projects with our products.
